These are the questions organisations usually ask before commissioning Frostresultuconnct. If your question is about a specific stall, it is better sent as an enquiry.
Fit and scope
What does Frostresultuconnct actually do?
We provide business process strategy: diagnosing how work currently moves, designing a runnable operating path, and transferring ownership so the organisation can run that path. We do not sell software.
Who is the typical client?
Operations leaders, founders after growth, and heads of functions in organisations where several teams must cooperate for a result. If a single team can fix the issue inside its own wall, you may not need this practice.
How long does a first engagement take?
A Diagnostic Sprint is typically three to four weeks. Architecture work is typically eight to twelve weeks. Exact calendars are written into the proposal.
Do we have to pause operations?
No. Evidence work is scheduled around live cases. Transition sequencing exists so change is absorbed in steps.
Working together
Will you work remotely from Chișinău?
Yes, by agreement. On-site days at your location or at Dacia Blvd 23 are scoped when they add evidence that remote sessions cannot. The organisation is based in the Republic of Moldova.
What do we receive on paper?
Deliverables match the service: current-path maps, stall rankings, target architecture, handover standards, owner charters, sequence plans, or measure definitions. Each service page lists them.
Do we need to buy a process platform?
No. Use the tools you already have. If a tool is blocking the path, we will say so; we will not bundle a vendor product.
Who from our side must be involved?
A sponsor who can later name owners, and the people who actually run the work. A process designed only with managers will not survive contact with cases.
Practicalities
How are fees handled?
Fees are confirmed in writing after discovery of boundary and access. There are no website countdown prices and no commission on your revenue.
What happens after delivery?
Ownership stays with named people in your organisation. Any continuation — governance cadence or the next service — is a new written scope. There is no automatic retainer.
After delivery
Can you guarantee a financial result?
No. We can make the path visible and more reliable. We do not promise revenue multiples, rankings, or regulatory outcomes.
