Frostresultuconnct is a business process strategy practice. The website provides information about services and a form for professional enquiries. It is not a consumer shop and it does not create a client contract by itself.
Data we collect
If you send the contact form or an email, we process the details you provide: name, email address, organisation, role, selected topic, and message. We also process the date and time of the enquiry. We do not ask for payment card data on this website.
The site sets a session cookie used to protect the form against cross-site request forgery, and a consent cookie that stores your cookie choice. See the Cookie Policy.
Server logs may record technical data such as IP address, browser type, and requested URL for security and fault diagnosis. We do not run advertising pixels or analytics products on this site.
Why we process it
Enquiry data is processed to understand your request, decide whether there is a professional fit, and reply. That is a legitimate interest in responding to a message you chose to send, and — where you tick the form confirmation — your consent to be contacted about that enquiry. Session and consent cookies are processed so the site can function securely and remember your cookie choice.
How long we keep it
Unsuccessful or declined enquiries are kept only as long as needed to complete the correspondence, then deleted within twelve months unless a legal duty requires a longer hold. If we open a professional engagement, relevant correspondence may be kept in the client file for the life of the engagement and for a reasonable period afterwards to evidence the work.
Who receives it
Enquiry content is read by VICTORIA MASCIUC. We do not sell personal data. Email is transmitted through ordinary internet mail. Hosting and mailbox providers act as processors only to the extent needed to deliver those services.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or object to continued use of an enquiry record, by writing to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova, or with another competent authority if you live elsewhere.
