Process strategy engagement shapes

These three shapes match the services we actually deliver. Fees are confirmed in a written proposal after we understand the process boundary and access to evidence. We do not publish dummy discounts or countdown offers.

Diagnostic Sprint

Typically 3–4 weeks · FR-01

A freeze-frame of one primary process. Use this when you can feel the stall but cannot yet brief a redesign. It is the usual first paid engagement.

Includes	Evidence interviews, case sampling, current-path map, stall ranking, recommended next step
You provide	A sponsor, access to operators, and a small pack of recent cases
You receive	A written diagnostic you can act on internally even if you stop there
Not included	Target architecture, software configuration, or standing in as an extra manager

Architecture Engagement

Typically 8–12 weeks · FR-02 with FR-03 / FR-05 as needed

The core commercial offer for organisations that already agree the current path is not enough. We design the target operating path, the handover contracts, and an ordered sequence so live work does not freeze.

Includes	Target architecture, owner and decision catalogue, interface contracts, transition sequence
Usually follows	A Diagnostic Sprint or an equivalent internal evidence pack we can verify
You receive	A runnable path and a move plan, transferred to named owners
Not included	Implementation of IT systems, recruitment, or unlimited change after close

Governance Cadence

Install 4–6 weeks, then optional quarterly rhythm · FR-04

For organisations that have a map — from us or from their own work — but no one who is allowed to keep it honest. We install owners, review cadence, and change rules, then can attend a light quarterly review if commissioned.

Includes	Owner charter, review agenda, exception and change rules
Optional continuation	Scheduled reviews only; no automatic retainer
Not included	Replacing internal management or opening a new diagnostic by stealth

How pricing is set

Price follows scope: process boundary, number of teams at the interfaces, on-site days in Chișinău versus remote work, and whether transition sequencing is in the same brief. You will not be asked to accept a verbal figure.

There is no outcome-based commission on your revenue. Process strategy can make work more reliable; it is not sold as a guaranteed financial multiple.
